Jack Church spoke with Jennie Lobato, founder of Drawchange in Atlanta, Georgia. Lobato talked about how she started Drawchange back in 2009 to provide therapy and healing for children thru the use of art. Lobato shared that in her childhood there were some traumatic events where she found a safe and healing environment thru art. Later as an adult while working for an Atlanta ad agency she decided to leave the corporate world and follow her passion by starting Drawchange. The program has now served over 10 thousand children and has expanded into other cities around the United States as well as internationally.
