Joel Reagan speaks with Ben Schwartz with Blue Valley Community Action Partnership. The non-profit organization serves Butler, Fillmore, Gage, Jefferson, Polk, Saline, Seward, Thayer and York counties in Nebraska. BVCA also provides limited services to other counties in the region. Schwartz outlines services dealing with emergency services, food and nutrition services, housing and education. He explains the severity in the need in the region and how it has changed over the last couple of years. Schwartz also shares about the outcomes BVCA is seeing and the impact that is being made.
