Phil O'Bryan talks with Captain Crystal Smoak with the Cheyenne Command of the Salvation Army about the many services available. Services include rehabilitation from drug and alcohol abuse, youth activities, free meals and more. Smoak also talks about the importance of volunteers who can assist in helping people who are struggling.
