Jason Craig speaks with Nefertiti Orrin, Deputy Director of Clean Memphis in Memphis, TN. Clean Memphis's mission is to educate youth, engage leadership, and empower communities to sustain a cleaner Memphis. Orrin discusses their journey, which started in 2008, to inspire Memphians to be environmental stewards grounded in civic responsibility. She discusses the importance of educating the community and getting them involved through "hands-on" initiatives, including the Memphis Waste Project, Community Engagement, and Project Green Fork.
