Phil O'Bryan talks with Chris Petty, HR Director, Crowley's Ridge Development Council which provides many types of community services to several counties in Northeast Arkansas. Services discussed include their drug and alcohol prevention program for both adults and teens and their recovery unit, the Northeast Arkansas Regional Recovery Center, for adults. Other services discussed include utility bill assistance, the Child and Adult Care Food Program, their housing program, Northeast Arkansas Transit and the HUB program for the homeless population.
