Felipe Aguilar talks with Adrian Duran, Chief Development Officer, El Paso Center for Children, and with Oscar Millan, Foster Care Program Director, also with El Paso Center for Children (EPCFC). EPCFC provides a wide array of support services to families, including life skills training, behavioral counseling, and foster care placement. Duran describes EPCFC’s mission and strategies they have in place to achieve their organizational goals.
