Phil O'Bryan talks with Cindy Wingstaff, Executive Director of Garland County Habitat for Humanity, about low to mid level citizens can get into home ownership. Wingstaff explains that Habitat does not giveaway homes but instead provide an interest free mortgage that includes sweat equity in place of a down payment. Wingstaff also mentions their restore concept and how it helps support habitat.
