Peter Kaye speaks with Christina Wilson of Hope and Life Outreach (HALO) about the face of homelessness throughout Salisbury and Delmarva. Wilson discusses the various causes of homelessness that she sees from mental health to illness, addiction and more. She gives examples of how HALO fulfills their mission to “Love ‘em like Jesus” including the story of Bree who came to HALO straight tout of prison and is now living a purpose driven life. Wilson guides us through their 9–12-month Journey of Hope program and gives a virtual tour of the HALO Café open to the public.
