Peter Kaye speaks with Dan Rhoton, the CEO of Hope Works a local nonprofit organization with the mission of ending poverty by propelling young adults into long-term living wage careers that put them on the path for healing and financial stability. Rhoton proudly shares stories of impact that Hope Works has had on its students as well as the local business community. He gives the impressive statistic the one-year retention rate for Hope Works students in the new careers is 93 percent! Rhoton also gives us a behind the scenes look at the day-to-day workings of the organization.
