Major Swyers discusses their Social Services remodel project and how it will enhance their ability to delivery services to people who are struggling with basic living needs that include food insecurity, homelessness, substance abuse. Major Swyers also gives an overview of the activities and programs that are offered at the Kerrville KROC Center.
