Gilmore says they provide culinary job training to individuals with barriers to employment while nourishing the community and decreasing hunger. Their three culinary apprenticeship programs Culinary Arts, Baking, and Hospitality are designed to help individuals facing barriers to employment gain the skills needed to create a sustainable career.
