Mayor Joseph Thallemer shares the history of Warsaw and talks about his 12 year run as Mayor. Thallemer talks about the changes Warsaw has seen and shares what he feels are the two organizations that were a catalyst for growth in Warsaw. He also shares that he considers the city a very safe community and a great place to live. Thallemer shares that he is grateful for achieving economic development in Warsaw but he is especially grateful for the community and their support.
