Jeanice Lee talks with Jerry Bowman President of the Board and Curator with the Northwest Carriage Museum. Considered to be one of the finest museums in the county, Bowman shares about the 19th Century horse-drawn vehicles on display plus thousands of artifacts and clothing. Bowman describes the elegant carriages, common day buggies, work wagons, coaches, and sleighs. Tours are offered including with schools. The museum is open daily, year-round 10a-4p Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. There is an admission fee some discounts are offered.
