Jeanice Lee talks to Ryan Berryman, Founder and Executive Director of San Bernardino Fatherhood. After working as a social worker for 20+ years, Berryman recognized that men and fathers did not have a lot of support. He created this non-profit to support men by providing them education, resources/support, and advocacy all while encouraging fathers to become more involved with their families and children. Berryman shares how historically Black fathers have been ignored in the maternal health and infant care systems. He shares how they directly reach out to new and expecting African American fathers to provide support. (SBFatherhood.com)
