Phil O'Bryan talks with Julie Pellegrin, Executive Director of The Haven, about domestic violence. Pellegrin explains how The Haven can assist those facing danger in a relationship by providing counseling, shelter and security for the residence of Terrebone, LaFourche and Assumption Parishes. Pellegrin also talks about the characteristics of the abuser in a relationship and how children are affected as well as the spouse.
