Hollowell describes how asking a homeless man named Ray why he was homeless changed her entire trajectory. Hollowell shares the many different free programs that are available to the unhoused including food, shelter, showers and employment. Hollowell discusses how the many programs offered come at no cost. Hollowell explains how the graying homeless are a growing demographic.
