Jack Church talks with Christie Moore, President and CEO for the Valdosta-Lowndes Chamber of Commerce. Moore said the area continues to experience growth at a healthy rate while seeing local as well as new businesses locating and expanding the area. Education continues to be a plus with the growth in students and programs at Wiregrass Technical College and Valdosta State University. Wal Mart recently announced plans for a new dairy processing center which will bring 400 new jobs to the region.
