BAKERSFIELD, California — Grimmway Farms has identified a potential health risk (Salmonella) associated with select lots of baby carrots, as well as shredded carrots and chunk carrots that were sold as ingredients to food service distributors and food manufacturers. Company says they've pulled potentially affected products that had left their facility in California. They mention no illnesses have been linked to these products.
