As allisraelnews reports, Today, some 9.3 million Israeli citizens are celebrating the 73rd anniversary of the rebirth of the State of Israel. This is Independence Day on the Hebrew calendar, while on the Western calendar, of course, it falls on May 14. While many take the existence of the modern Jewish state for granted, it is actually a stunning miracle and the fulfillment of ancient Bible prophecies.

And amazing things continue to take place, such as diplomatic relations with some Middle Eastern states that were once enemies. The tweet below points out the incredible nature of developments that have unfolded in recent years.

Though Israel is experiencing much good - including its economy - sworn enemies like Iran, continue to pose a risk. Leaders of Iran have often pledged the annihilation of Israel and that nation continues to upgrade it's nuclear capabilities.

Despite efforts by the Biden Administration to relaunch negotiations with Iran, U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin honored 73rd anniversary of modern Israel's statehood in the image below.
