Casco Bay CAN serves Freeport and the surrounding areas by helping communities come together to prevent youth substance abuse. Blakeman-Pohl outlines the organizations relationships with local school systems, law enforcement, businesses and churches to help bring awareness to this issue. She also discusses the dangers of vaping as well her organizations sticker shock campaign that you may have seen at your local grocery store.
