Kindra Ponzio talks with Jolie Delja, Executive Director with AIM Youth Mental Health. Delja talks about how the mental health of our kids has declined in this generation and that the kids themselves are forming this organization that helps peer-to-peer success. She says that they have an AIM Ideas Lab that is run by high school students and investigates what their peers need to feel in order to belong and have hope and agency. Aim Lab Ideas has podcasts that are recorded, edited and produced by students.
