Jeanice Lee talks with Eugenia Welch, President and CEO of Alzheimer’s San Diego. Welch explains that the nonprofit is dedicated to improving the quality of life for people living with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias, while also supporting caregivers and families. All services, including education, activities, support programs, and free memory screenings are offered at no cost, with some available virtually. Services are also provided in Spanish. Anyone with questions is encouraged to call for resources and support. Volunteers are welcome. (ALZSD.org)
