Monika Kelly spoke to Cory Hoellerman, Chief Community Engagement Officer at Animal Friends about the services offered at this humane animal shelter in the city of Pittsburgh, PA. Their mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome animals in crisis; help pet owners with health education for their animals, provide affordable vet care and help families adopt the right pet. They have cats, dogs and rabbits at their facility. Cory talked about pivoting during COVID and his hopes to be able to have volunteers back soon.
