Peter Kaye talks business with Lauren Weaver of the Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce. Weaver gives a post-pandemic update and speaks to some of the silver linings that came out of the pandemic. She speaks to the importance of tourism to the local economy and explains how seasonal tourism and seasonal workforces create unique challenges for affordable housing. Weaver also discusses the impact that inflation has had on our local businesses and some of the creative ways that business owners are combating not only inflation but also the lack of a sufficient workforce and their various concerns.
