Phil O'Bryan talks with Rachel Hill, Executive Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Yellowstone County, about how they provides positive mentorships with youth ages 6-18 in both in school programs and community based programs. Hill explains the impact Big Brothers Big Sisters has on youth who are suffering from depression which addresses the high suicide rate in Montana. Hill explains the "match process", the time commitment and how Big Brothers Big Sisters supports everyone in their role.
