Becky Hansen discusses the challenges of business development, economy, and workforce development and attraction. Bismarck and Mandan are growing and provide economic opportunity, and the Chamber EDC is working to provide resources to businesses and encourage workforce attraction through education and workshops as well as leadership training. There's a high energy and focus in the business community and they're working together to make the strong Bismarck and Mandan communities even stronger.
