Peter Kaye speaks with Emma Piletz and her mother, Angel Piletz, Executive Director of Central Vermont Pregnancy Services. Serving Central Vermont, the organization provides support, education, and practical resources to individuals facing unexpected pregnancies. Emma recounts becoming pregnant in college and fearing it would derail her future. Instead, her son Mason became the light of her life, giving her deep purpose and joy. Angel reflects on walking alongside Emma during her pregnancy and receiving support from the center, an experience that inspired her to volunteer and eventually lead the organization. She outlines services including ultrasounds, material assistance, parenting classes, and support for mothers and fathers.
