Sarah Shaver spoke with Kevin Hewitt, President and CEO of The Christian Children’s Home of Ohio in Wooster. He gave some background of this family of Christian ministries. They exist to help people experience their worth in Christ. This is very important now that our culture so often is one of belittling and telling people they are worthless, especially children. The family of ministries includes the in-patient care, Encompass Christian Counseling, Encourage Foster Care, and equestrian therapy, with a 200-person staff and working with over 1,500 active clients.
