Phil O'Bryan talks with Dr. Tonya Thomas, Executive Director of the Coastal Plains Area Economic Development Authority, about the various services they provide low income families in South Central Georgia. One of the services mentioned is education where the Coastal Plains Area Economic Development Authority provides financial help for those taking the GED test. Other services include Head Start, which equips young children for school, utility assistance and more.
