Peter Kaye speaks with Stephanie Eghigian of Empowered Pathways about their various mediation programs as well as their Women’s Employment Resource Center. Eghigian shares real world examples of mediation help that they have provided from small claims to family mediation, and even the New York State lemon law. She proudly shares stories of transformation of women coming out of abusive relationships to building self-esteem and finding their way into or back into the workforce. Eghigian gives helpful tips to effective resume writing, interviewing both in person as well as virtually and much more.
