Phil O'Bryan visits with Krystel Marino, Executive Director of Fairbanks Youth Advocates, who explains the mission of their emergency shelter for youth. Marino talks about the intake process and how important the home environment is for troubled youth. Marino also talks about their Evolve Program for older kids where life skills are taught.
