Sarah Shaver spoke with Matt Gilroy, Executive Director of the Fulton County Economic Development Corporation. Mr. Gilroy outlined the Corporation’s mission and history and what companies are looking for when they’re choosing sites for location and expansion. Broadband internet is extremely important, especially with more remote employees. He talked about Fulton County’s attractions for business as well as challenges and brought up workforce development, quality of life, and how they engage with local government. He asked people to be positive about their towns and Fulton County, find the good, and to experience new activities in the county.
