Frank Hammond spoke with Elizabeth Doan Hobbs - 4-H Youth Development Extension Agent in Hamblen County TN. They talked about the various programs they provide. Before the pandemic, 63 clubs were active including: Afterschool club – Home School Club, Honor, Livestock, and Shooting Sports. Currently there are 23 clubs available online. They also spoke about the overnight camp that is coming in the sumer time.
