Jim Davis talked with Casey Capstick, Corporate Engagement and Development Manager for Hands On Northwest North Carolina, serving the Winston-Salem area by helping meet community needs through volunteerism. Capstick describes their efforts to procure volunteers for organizations that help others. She also describes their emphasis on helping nonprofits become stronger organizations through training and education. A large part of her job involves developing relationships with corporations that can focus their efforts on assisting nonprofits in the area.
