Jack Church talks with Traude Sander, Executive Director for Keep the Midlands Beautiful in Columbia, South Carolina. Traude said the organization has been around for over 35 years and operates with a small staff of 3 but has over 6,000 volunteers annually that help remove trash from around the area. In the past year, volunteers donated thousands of hours over the course of 700 litter pickup events that helped remove almost 190 thousand pounds of litter.
