Joel Reagan spoke with Kristin Herr, Library Director of the Lawton Public Library about the Lawton Adult Literacy Center. The Center and the Library serve primarily residents of Comanche County but also serve people in outlying areas as well. Herr spoke extensively about tutoring programs in adult literacy, English as a Second Language (ESL), Citizenship Test preparation and GED Test preparation.
