Jeanice Lee talks with Chaplain Jeff Levine, President and CEO of the Long Beach Rescue Mission, serving the greater Long Beach area by providing shelter, recovery support, discipleship, and life transformation services to people experiencing homelessness. Chaplain Levine discusses the mission’s programs, including emergency shelter, case management, addiction recovery, education, workforce development, and street outreach. He also shares information about the mission’s faith-based approach, trauma-informed care, and new transitional housing initiatives for young men and women with children.
