Becky Hansen talks with Malva Waters, Foster Care Program Director for Lydia Home. Lydia Home has been serving children since 1916. Their mission is, "...to strengthen families to care for children and to care for children when families cannot." While the non-profit has several facets of care for children and families, today we talked about the Foster Care Program and the ongoing need for families to serve as foster families.
