Kindra Ponzio talks with Lori tourville, Exec Dir, Middletown Senior Center. Tourville shares how the center survived during covid by being able to have Seniors drive-up every day to pick up their hot meals. It gave them an opportunity to continue to have eyes on the seniors in the community and doing welfare checks. She also talks about some of the challenges the seniors are facing with housing after the fire wiped out so much housing, many having to move in with their children, some out of the area. Tourville says they have a very generous community that steps up to help when a need arises.
