Kindra Ponzio talks with Devereaux Smith, Executive Director, Molly's Angels. Smith talks about the services they provide for seniors such as transportation and care calls. They have a 15 person van that drives seniors to different events, farmers markets, grocery stores, doctor appointments and such. Smith talks about the importance of seniors staying active and socializing by going to different events and excursions. She says they put air tags on every senior so they can keep track of them. Smith also talks about a Care Calls program where volunteers call 80 different clients weekly to do a Wellness check. Sometimes these checks are the only phone calls they get all week.
