Peter Kaye speaks with Shavonne Sanders, founder and executive director of My Daughters and Me, My Sons and Me Inc about their mission to help youths to seek, find and transition into well-grounded individuals. Sanders sheds light on various programs and their impact including the popular Master My Mind program that assists with soft skills and more. She lights up as she shares about the Prince and Princess in Me program that focuses on elementary school students’ self-esteem, hygiene, dining etiquette and other skills taught through fun activities like cooking, STEM, arts and crafts and other kid friendly tools.
