NAMI "National Alliance on Mental Illness" is the nation's largest volunteer based mental health organization, helping to better the lives of families, individuals, caregivers who are affected by mental illness. NAMI Walla Walla offers support groups, educational classes, and trainings to promote mental health awareness and support. Phillips says they offer a peer-to-peer class to help adults living with mental health challenges, a Family-to-Family education class for family members, NAMI Homefront for military service members/vets.
