Jack Church spoke with Susan Superczynski, Executive Director for Children are People, known as CAP in Gallatin, Tennessee. For over 20 years CAP has been working with at risk youth in Sumner County. CAP focuses on helping kids become better students with structured afterschool activities focused on mentoring, tutoring with a positive, caring adult role model. CAP has served thousands of youth over the years and many return as adults to volunteer and help kids coming from similar situations they too have been part of.
