Joel Reagan speaks with Mark Gipson, Director of Northcentral Arkansas Education Service Cooperative. Gipson share the history of the Northcentral Coop and the history of the Coop system in Arkansas. He talks about the processes and services that the coop helps local school districts with. Gipson outlines the Arkansas Educator Pathway program, the K-12 behavior support specialist. He also talks about other services provided directly to the public and services to districts. Gipson explains the challenges in career and technical opportunities in the region.
