Phil O'Bryan talks with Heather Jennings, 4H Director with the Rankin County Extension Service, about the many programs for youth in the county. The local 4H program is currently working with 900 students in the county in clubs ranging from farm and agriculture to robotics. We talks with several local kids involved with 4H with interest in many fields. We also talk about the importance of volunteers from the community.
