Jim Davis speaks with Miranda Fraley Rhodes and Tranae’ Chatman, Lead Curators of the Tennessee State Museum’s Tennessee Voices, American Stories exhibit. The exhibit is on display until January 3, 2027 in Nashville and connects individual Tennesseans’ stories to the broader American narrative, especially as the nation approaches its 250th anniversary. Rhodes and Chatman say the exhibit uses artifacts and personal histories organized around themes like “We the People” and “A More Perfect Union” to show the ongoing impact of citizens in shaping the country.
