Jason Craig speaks with Rob Dyer, Executive Director of The Georgetown Project in Georgetown, TX. Since 1997, the organization has served more than 70,000 youth by identifying needs and building resources, relationships, and services that help young people grow into caring and capable adults. Dyer highlights programs such as Bridges to Growth, the NEST Empowerment Center, Youth Employment, Youth Leadership and Service, and Collective Impact. He explains that their approach is rooted in 40 developmental assets supported by decades of research.
