Dan Beck talks with Courtney Osterfelt, Founder of the Launch Pad Teen Center in Prescott, which serves youth in Yavapai County through a variety of programs. They offer academic mentoring, theatre, art, life skills training and more to all youth in the Prescott area at no charge. Summer camps and other special events are run by students and they learn responsibility, leadership skills, teamwork and can intern at real world jobs in preparation for joining the job force as an adult. They are currently building out a new home in Prescott to better serve the youth of Prescott and surrounding communities.
