Jason Craig speaks with Jo Anne Fusco, Executive Director of Thrive Memphis. Thrive Memphis's mission is to respect those with intellectual disabilities, recognize their worth, and provide a safe space for fun and learning while striving to help participants grow personally and socially. Fusco gives us insight into their facility and team culture. She shares about their participants and fun program opportunities with field trips, crafts, and more. Fusco has been with Thrive for 15 years and expresses the importance of each participant feeling valued. Her story with Thrive started with supporting the organization through her dog service (www.thrivemem.org).
