Joel Reagan spoke with Larry Thrash, a Bartlesville-based mentor of the SCORE Program. The program provides mentoring and other resources to aspiring business owners and those who already own a small business. The Tulsa office and the Bartlesville office serve northeastern Oklahoma. Mr. Thrash spoke about the programs offered by SCORE and their impact on individuals.
